Welcome to MX3D by Maker X! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MX3D by Maker X. MX3D by Maker X operates this shop and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and related services to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”). MX3D by Maker X is a store powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. MX3D by Maker X reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until MX3D by Maker X confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as MX3D by Maker X may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address provided at the time of order.
Purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

MX3D by Maker X is powered by Shopify. However, purchases made through our store are between you and MX3D by Maker X. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and MX3D by Maker X.
