Some products are 3D printed on demand. In such cases, additional processing time may apply and will be indicated on the product page when relevant.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within Canada only.
Orders placed with a shipping address outside of Canada will not be fulfilled at this time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier selected at checkout.

Shipping Fees

A tracking number is provided when available.
Some low-cost shipping options may not include detailed tracking.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
